What Is a Conditional Bonus?

LeveX now offers Conditional Bonuses, a flexible reward type that lets us tailor bonus offers to how you actually trade. Instead of a fixed reward for a fixed action, Conditional Bonuses set a personalized target and let you earn rewards by hitting it on your own terms.

Q: What is a Conditional Bonus?

A Conditional Bonus is a personalized trading reward tied to a volume target. When LeveX assigns one to your account, you'll see a specific trading volume (futures and spot trades count) you need to reach within a set time period. Hit the target and the bonus unlocks automatically and can be claimed and redeemed. No application, no manual review.

Q: How is a Conditional Bonus different from other LeveX bonuses?

Most LeveX bonuses reward actions you've already completed: placing on a tournament leaderboard, or making a deposit. A Conditional Bonus works the other way around. It gives you a goal first and rewards you for reaching it. Think of it as a personalized challenge with a guaranteed payout if you meet the conditions.

Q: Who receives Conditional Bonuses?

LeveX issues Conditional Bonuses to selected traders as part of targeted campaigns. You might receive one based on your trading history, account activity, or VIP status. These are issued directly to your account, so there's no sign-up form or application process. If you have one, you'll see it in your My Rewards dashboard.


How It Works

Q: Where can I see my Conditional Bonus?

Two places. The quickest way is through the notifications panel on the right side of the screen, which is available on every page. Open the panel, select Rewards from the submenu at the top, then switch to the Bonuses tab. You can also go directly to your My Rewards dashboard and check the Bonuses tab there. Either way, you'll see the bonus card with a progress bar, the volume target, the reward amount, and a countdown timer.

Q: How does progress tracking work?

Once the Conditional Bonus is active, every trade you execute counts toward the volume target. Your progress updates in real time on the My Rewards page. The progress bar shows how much volume you've traded relative to the target (for example, 0 USDT out of 10,000 USDT).

Q: What counts toward the trading volume target?

Both futures and spot trading volume count toward your target. This includes trades on any USDT, USDC, or Coin-Margined perpetual contract as well as spot trades.

Q: What happens when I reach the target?

The bonus unlocks automatically the moment your cumulative trading volume hits the target. No waiting, no manual approval. Your reward becomes available to claim immediately in My Rewards.


Rewards

Q: What do I receive when I complete a Conditional Bonus?

The reward depends on the campaign. A Conditional Bonus can pay out as Futures Credit, which is bonus trading capital for futures, or as a Cash Bonus, which is real money credited directly to your account. The exact reward type and amount are shown on the bonus card before you start, so you know what you're working toward.

Q: How does Futures Credit work once I claim it?

Futures Credit gives you additional trading capital that pairs with your own funds. Depending on the Futures Credit type, it covers up to 100% of trading and funding fees, absorbs losses up to the credit value, and lets you keep 100% of the profits. Rules and Conditions

Q: Is there a time limit?

Yes. Every Conditional Bonus has a defined time period shown on the bonus card alongside a countdown timer. If the timer runs out before you reach the target, the bonus expires. The time period varies by campaign, so check your specific bonus for the deadline.

Q: Can I have multiple Conditional Bonuses at the same time?

This depends on the campaign. Check your My Rewards dashboard for all active bonuses and their individual deadlines and targets.

Q: What happens to the Futures Credit after I claim it?

After you claim your reward, you have 7 days by default to redeem it. Some bonuses may set a different redemption window, in which case the timing will be stated in that bonus's terms. Once redeemed, standard Futures Credit usage rules apply, and transferring funds out of your futures account while a credit is active will cause it to expire. Troubleshooting

Q: I don't see a Conditional Bonus in my account. How do I get one?

Conditional Bonuses are issued to selected accounts as part of targeted campaigns. They aren't something you can request or apply for. If you don't currently have one, it means your account hasn't been included in an active campaign. Keep trading and stay active on the platform, as eligibility can change with future campaigns.

Q: My progress isn't updating. What should I do?

Progress tracking updates in real time, but there can be a short sync delay after a trade. If you've traded and your progress bar hasn't moved yet, give it a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact support@levex.com.

Q: The timer ran out before I reached the target. Can I still claim the bonus?

No. Once the time period expires, the Conditional Bonus is no longer available. Expired bonuses cannot be extended or reactivated.

Q: I reached the target but forgot to claim. Is the reward still available?

Yes. Once you reach the target, there's no deadline to claim your reward. It stays in your My Rewards dashboard until you claim it. From the moment you claim, you'll have 7 days by default to redeem it. Some bonuses may set a different redemption window, which will be stated in the bonus terms.
