General Conditions
1. How does the new LeveX VIP Program work? LeveX VIP has seven named levels, from Silver up to Ultimate. The more you trade, the higher your level and the lower your trading fees. Each level also comes with its own Level-Up Bonus, and the program includes an invite-only Chairman status for our most dedicated traders. You'll find the full level breakdown on the VIP page.
2. How do I qualify for a level? You reach a level by hitting either its required rolling 30-day trading volume threshold or its account balance threshold, whichever you meet first. Your level keeps up as your trading grows, and also has to be constantly confirmed to maintain and prevent a downgrade. The exact thresholds for each level are displayed on the VIP page.
3. What are my benefits at each level? Every level lowers your trading fees, and the higher you climb the deeper the discount. On top of that, each named level carries a one-time Level-Up Bonus when you reach it by trading volume, with limited-time fee specials at the higher levels and priority support as you move up. Full benefits are visible on the VIP page.
4. LeveX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any level requirements and VIP bonus offer at its discretion. LeveX has the right to revoke any bonuses and fee reductions, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of the User agreement accepted during the Sign up.
What is the Level-Up Bonus?
A one-time reward you get the first time you reach a new VIP level through trading volume. Each named level from Silver to Ultimate has its own Level-Up Bonus.
Do I need to claim the reward?
Yes, you need to actively claim the Level-Up Bonuses. They can be found on the "My Rewards" section of your account and need to be redeemed before they are ready to be used.
For the Cash Bonus, you have 7 days to redeem them. Fee reduction offers have to be redeemed within 30 days after being granted.
When do I get the bonus?
Instantly, the first time you qualify for a level. You qualify by hitting the 30-day trading volume threshold for that level.
What form does the bonus take?
Your Level-Up Bonus is paid as a Cash Bonus. The exact format may be adjusted across the program's phases.
What about the fee special at higher levels?
From Platinum onward, the Level-Up Bonus also includes a limited-time fee special, such as a short period of reduced or waived fees. The exact perk depends on your level.
I'm already a VIP, am I too late for the new bonuses?
No, you won't miss out. If you have reached your current VIP level by trading volume, you're eligible for the Level-Up Bonuses for every level up to your current one, granted automatically at the bonus launch. For example, if your 30-day trading volume is $8 million or more and you're at Platinum (Level 3) when bonuses launch, you'll be granted the Level-Up Bonuses for Levels 1, 2, and 3.
Where can I see my bonus?
All granted VIP rewards will be listed on the "My Rewards" section of your LeveX account. They will be visible on your Wallet (Cash Bonus) and also on the trading pages (Fee specials), once you redeem them.

How much time do I have to use the bonus?
Once granted, you have 7 days to redeem the Cash Bonuses and 30 days to redeem any Fee Reduction offer. The reward duration for the special fee rewards are listed in the FAQ section "Which bonuses are available for each level exactly?".
