What are LeveX Quests and how do they work?
The LeveX Quest Promotions are limited-time offers that allow users to participate in special challenges or activities for a chance to earn exclusive rewards, discounts, or bonuses for each task completed and level reached. Simply follow the instructions on the promotion page to join and complete the required tasks within the specified period to move up the Quest levels.
Who is eligible to participate in the Quest Promotion?
Generally, all LeveX users are eligible to participate in the Quests. In rare cases, eligibility may vary depending on your location, account status, and other criteria outlined in the promotion’s terms and conditions. We will inform you in the promotion section on the Quests page.
I will enter the Quest at a higher level. Will I lose all other rewards?
No worries, you will not lose any bonus. No matter on which level you enter a Quest, the bonuses of all levels skipped will automatically be assigned to your account to be used.
How do I claim my reward after completing a Quest?
Once you complete a Quest, your reward will either be automatically applied to your account (Rewards section) or you will receive instructions via email or on your dashboard about how to claim it. Be sure to check your “Rewards” and follow any additional steps if required.
And please note: Once our Quest period is over, all rewards will be forfeited. Make sure to claim and redeem them in time.
Can I participate in multiple Quests or promotions on LeveX at the same time?
Some Quests may be combined with other promotions, while others may have restrictions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each Quest to see if you can participate in multiple offers simultaneously.
What should I do if I encounter an issue or my reward does not appear?
If you experience any problems during the Quest or do not receive your reward as expected, please contact our support team through the LeveX Help Center. Provide details about your account (UID, username), participation and any relevant screenshots to help us resolve your issue quickly.
