What is the Report and Earn program?

This program rewards users who find problems, annoying issues, or areas where LeveX could work better. Unlike traditional bug bounty programs that focus only on security vulnerabilities, we're looking for any feedback that improves the trading experience.

We want to hear about:

• Interface elements that are confusing or hard to use

• Features that don't work as smoothly as they should

• Missing functionality that would make trading easier

• Workflow steps that feel unnecessarily complicated

• Anything that annoys you while using the platform

How It Works

1. Use LeveX Normally - Trade and explore the platform as you usually do. The best feedback comes from real usage.

2. Notice Problems - Pay attention to anything that feels off, confusing, slow, or could be better.

3. Report Through Support - Click the support chat icon in the lower-left corner of our website and tell us what you found. Be specific about:

• Where the problem is

• What happened vs what you expected

• How much it impacts your trading experience

• Include screenshots or screen recordings - these are required for all valid submissions

4. Get Rewarded Our team evaluates each submission and awards rewards based on how significant the improvement would be for users.

Important: Only the first person to report each issue gets rewarded. Duplicate submissions for the same problem won't receive rewards, so report issues as soon as you find them.

Reward Structure

The $15,000 pool gets distributed based on impact:

High-Impact Improvements: $80-$200 for issues that affect many users or significantly improve core trading functions

Medium-Impact Improvements: $40-$100 for feature-specific enhancements and interface improvements

Smaller Improvements: $10-$20 for minor fixes and polish items

All legitimate feedback gets evaluated and responded to, even if the reward is small.

Interface Issues:

• Buttons in wrong places

• Text that's hard to read

• Charts or data that aren't clear

• Pages that don't match each other visually

Workflow Problems:

• Too many steps for simple tasks

• Having to enter the same information multiple times

• Features that should be easier to access

• Processes that feel slow or clunky

Missing Features:

• Tools that would help with risk management

• Better ways to analyze trades

• Notifications or alerts that don't exist

• Functionality from other platforms that LeveX lacks

Timeline and Communication

We review submissions promptly (3-7 working days) and contact you directly with evaluation results. Approved rewards will be credited to your account within 7 business days after the end of the month in which your submission was approved.
