The biggest update to the LeveX VIP Program since the exchange launched in 2023 is now live!
The old multi-level system has been simplified into seven named levels, the experience now has its own page, and there's a new invite-only status the team grants by hand alongside the levels. Explore it all at levex.com/en/vip.
Here's what's changed and what it means for you.
Seven named levels replace the old 25-level structure
The old VIP Program had 25 levels stacked between VIP 0 and Ultimate, which made it hard to know where you stood or what your next milestone actually meant. The new program keeps today's fees and reorganises everything into seven clear levels. Going up from VIP 0, the levels are Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, Emerald, and Ultimate.
You qualify for a level by hitting either the 30-day trading volume threshold or the account balance threshold for that level, and each level brings progressively deeper discounts across both Spot and Contracts trading.
A Level-Up Bonus at every named level
Every named level comes with its own Level-Up Bonus. Trade your way into a new level for the first time and your reward is waiting in My Rewards, with limited-time fee perks unlocking at the higher levels. See what each level brings on the new VIP page.
The Chairman: a parallel invite-only status
Chairman is a new designation the LeveX team grants by hand to traders we've come to know personally. It runs in parallel to the levels rather than at the top of them. Chairman comes with bespoke benefits and direct access to a personal VIP Manager via Telegram. If you're at that level, we already know you.
VIP Transfer: bring your status from another exchange
If you're already a VIP on another platform, the new program includes a VIP Transfer service that lets you carry your VIP status across to LeveX. The new VIP page walks you through how this works and what we need from your side. Apply through levex.com/en/vip.
What happens if you're already a LeveX VIP
Already a VIP? Your status carries over automatically, and any Level-Up Bonuses you've earned through trading volume will be waiting in your My Rewards, ready to claim.
