Q: What is the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount?

A: While there's no minimum amount for deposits, LeveX has set minimum requirements for withdrawals that vary by cryptocurrency. You can view these limits when initiating a withdrawal from your wallet.

Q: How long do deposits and withdrawals take?

A: For deposits, the waiting time depends on the network confirmation time and the transaction fee you've paid. Most deposits are credited within 10-30 minutes. For withdrawals, funds usually take about 20 to 30 minutes to reach your receiving wallet after processing.

Q: Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

A: You can cancel a withdrawal as long as you have not confirmed it through the withdrawal confirmation email sent to your registered email address. Once confirmed, the withdrawal cannot be reversed.

Q: Do you support fiat currency?

A: At the moment, LeveX does not support deposit or withdrawal of fiat currency. All transactions are conducted using cryptocurrencies.

A: Yes, daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts for security purposes. You can view your specific withdrawal limit in your account dashboard or at the bottom of the withdrawal pop-up window when making a withdrawal.
