Q: What are the deposit fees?

A: There is no fee for making a deposit. 

Q: What is the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount?

A: While there's no minimum amount for deposits, LeveX has set minimum requirements for withdrawals. Kindly refer to our guide for detailed information.

Q: How long do deposits and withdrawals take?

A: For deposit, the waiting time depends on the miner fee and gas fee you’ve paid.  For withdrawals, funds usually take about 20 to 30 minutes to reach your receiving wallet. 

Q: Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

A: You can cancel a withdrawal as long as you have not acknowledged the withdrawal confirmation email. 

Q: Do you support fiat currency?

A: At the moment, LeveX does not support deposit or withdrawal of fiat currency.

Q: Is there a daily withdrawal limit?

A: Yes, you can view the daily withdrawal limit on your account, at the bottom of the withdrawal pop-up window.
